Why Scattered Thought?

Although I’ve never been diagnosed, I’m sure I’m ADHD. I’m a poster child for it. I come from a time in K-12 when it wasn’t a thing, so none of us kids were drugged. We were just a bit disruptive in class… and bored. I always have at least eight thoughts in my head at once and sometimes have difficulty concentrating. I’m going through a medical treatment that includes taking Prednisone, and it just exacerbates it. I have tried meditating but can’t hold still for very long. For me, the most effective meditation are walks and running, especially if I’m on gravel. Don’t ask me why, but the crunch of the gravel puts me in the present and allows me to, well, meditate. Coffee also helps me to put on my mind brake. The aforementioned medical issue prevents me from walking very far but allowing my many thoughts to spill out on paper helps.

Also, one of my issues (I was going to put problems) is I have so many interests it’s hard to do one thing at a time. My brother recently asked me if I was bored. I never get bored. I have never been bored since leaving K-12.

Law Enforcement Hiring is a subject I am pretty familiar with and have a lot of experience with. I will tell stories and primarily advise and explain things to those who want to go into law enforcement. It will help you. I have lots to share.

My Novel is the first chapter of the novel I am working on. I have several novels in the works and never finish them. I’m hoping you enjoy it, and no, it’s not about cop stuff.
